Our products

For over thirty years we've been selling a range of fresh meat, cured meat, cooked meats and pork pies from our Market Street shop. You can see a full list, along with prices, below.

 

All our fresh beef, pork and lamb arrives as part of a whole carcase - that's because we buy from farmers, rather than ordering specific pre-butchered cuts from wholesalers. This means there are some things, like fillet steak, where customer demand often outstrips what we can supply. But we believe that's a price worth paying for keeping control of the quality and maintaining direct contact with the farmers rearing our meat.

 

So - if we haven't got what's on your shopping list, we'll hopefully be able to offer you something else just as good. And if you're not sure what to be asking for in the first place, we'll do our best to point you in the right direction (and we might even be able to give you a bit of cooking advice - but only if you ask).
